Hello! I’m Diego, an AI Operations professional with a background in animation, storytelling, and user experience.

I previously managed production for the popular YouTube series Canticos and contributed to projects like Night of the Animated Dead, developing strong collaboration, creative problem-solving, and project management skills. Today, I support large-scale AI workflows through LLM evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, policy-based labeling, and content quality assessment. I currently support Meta through TEKsystems using the Single Review Tool (SRT) and have also contributed to AI projects through Micro1 and Outlier, including multimodal annotation across text, images, video, and audio.

Outside of AI, I’m a published author and illustrator. I’m currently developing my epic fantasy series, Chaos’s Key, under the pen name Alfonso D. Grau, a project that continues to strengthen my storytelling and creative thinking.
